Feel Empowered, Prepared and Supported. Create a plan and understand the physiological needs of a mother during the postpartum time. We will dive into all your questions as well as prepare you and your family for a nourishing and healing postpartum.
Over a 2hr in person or online session with Gabriela you will, learn about the essentials of postpartum care, rooted in ancestral traditions and physiology. And create a postpartum plan that works for you and your family so you can come out of this season of life nourished and supported.
We will begin by discussing your experience of pregnancy, your birth preferences, and how you envision your postpartum journey. Together, we will explore your intentions and vision for this transition into motherhood. From there, we will develop strategies that support your desired postpartum experience.
